Xavier Steenhaut has more than 15 years experience in Freight forwarding and Logistics more focused on sea freight forwarding. That experience provides him with an in-depth understanding of the sector as well as an extensive network of logistic partners and suppliers in road transportation, ocean freight as well for customs formalities.
Before founding SW-Consult & Brokerage, Xavier Steenhaut spent 15 years as freight forwarder for big freight forwarding companies in Antwerp and Brucargo (Brussel Airport) worked in many different and international environments, for many different nationalities and structures, from big multinationals to small local companies, always focused internationally.
Prior to his role in Consult & Brokerage Management, Xavier spent even long 15 years, holding several operational and commercial positions as import or export freight forwarder with inside sales.
Xavier has a Bachelor in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Business Management option Logistics Management
Xavier is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
